Refund policy

HOW TO INITIATE A REQUEST

Raise your request within 7 days of delivery through:

  • Email: support@beofftrend.in
  • Instagram: @be_offtrend
  • Visit the Returns and Exchange section on our website menu and submit your request directly

Business Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We respond within 24–48 business hours.

Include your Order Number, Registered Email, Product Name, Pickup Address, and Contact Number.

⚠️ Do not accept delivery if the package seal is broken or tampered. Tampered packages accepted at delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.


ELIGIBILITY

Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact. Items showing signs of use will not be accepted.


EXCHANGE PROCESS

The original product will be picked up by our logistics partner. Once received and inspected at our facility, the replacement will be dispatched within 24 business hours subject to stock availability. Only one exchange is permitted per order.


PICKUP PROCESS

We will attempt pickup twice. If unsuccessful, you will need to self-ship the item to our address. Reverse pickup is subject to pin code availability. A reverse pickup fee of ₹50 will be deducted from any applicable refund amount.


REFUNDS

Prepaid Orders — Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-4 business days after the returned item is received and verified.

COD Orders — Refunds will be issued as store credit valid for 6 months, sent to your registered email. Cash refunds are not applicable on COD orders.

PPCOD — Any partially paid amount under PPCOD is strictly non-refundable.


ARCHIVE SALE & PROMOTIONAL ORDERS — STRICTLY NO REFUNDS

This is the section that will protect you. Make it impossible to misunderstand:

All orders placed during Archive Sale, seasonal sales, or with discount codes are governed by the following — no exceptions:

  • No refunds under any circumstances. Not for change of mind, not for sizing, not for any reason other than a manufacturing defect verified by our team.
  • Size exchange only — one exchange per order, subject to stock availability, must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Manufacturing defect — must be reported with photos within 24 hours of delivery. Our team will verify before approving any resolution.
  • If requested size is unavailable — store credit will be issued. No cash refund.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact. Any item showing signs of use will be rejected with no resolution offered.

By placing a sale order, the customer explicitly agrees to these terms.


FINAL NOTE

OFFTREND reserves the right to approve or reject any return or exchange based on product condition and policy compliance. This policy may be updated without prior notice.


The key additions that protect you: COD refunds as store credit only, ₹50 pickup fee, the "by placing a sale order the customer explicitly agrees" line, and the 24-hour photo requirement for manufacturing defects on sale orders. That last one kills most fraudulent claims before they start.
